Shipping and Returns
When you order from www.inuqi.com, you are making an offer to purchase our products and/or services in the case of commissioned orders. On placing an order you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt of your order.
SHIPPING
- We take great care in delivering your products, and we only partner with reputable courier services or personally deliver the products ourselves.
- Shipping is free for delivery within the United Arab Emirates.
- Your order will be dispatched within 3 working days. If you have ordered a custom item, then shipping might take longer based on the order, the timeline for which will be communicated when the order is placed. Delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to external unforeseeable factors.
- Worldwide shipping is not currently available but when made available - shipping costs will be calculated when your delivery country is selected at the checkout. Shipping is free for delivery between all Emirates and will be dispatched within 3 working days. For the rest of the world depending on where you are, Shipping from the UAE can take between 7 - 10 working days from the date of dispatch. Customers are responsible for any customs charges, as applicable.
- Address change will be accepted only if the order is not already dispatched. Address change may have additional charges based on the new location.
- Package tracking information will be sent to you once the order is dispatched. Unless the package is sent through our partners where there is no package tracking available, in which case you can reach out to us for any delays.
- For any other enquiries regarding postage or information specific to your order, please get in touch.
RETURNS
Please find our return policy in the odd case that you do not love your Inuqi product:
- Return of products are accepted in an unused condition within 7 days of delivery. If you'd like to return a purchase please contact through the Contact page and the return address will be confirmed.
- In the unlikely event that your products arrive damaged, please email us or reach us through the contact page with an image of the damaged product.
- Refunds can only be made to the original purchaser.
- Please note, refund/exhange for your item purchase is possible, unfortunately refunds of any return postage and packaging costs involved is not included.
- In the very unlikely event that you believe your purchase may be faulty please get in touch.
- The Inuqi team needs to approve your return request on receiving it and will arrange for a return pick up at an agreed upon time.
- Once your return has been authorized, we will process your refund. You can choose to receive the refund in the form of store credit which will reflect within 24 hours from when the product is received on our side. If you would like to receive the amount back to the same payment mode used to place the original order, we will initiate the refund after we have received the item and it has gone through the necessary quality checks.
REFUNDS
- On receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will send you an email notification intimating the receival of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- If approved, refund will be processed and credit will be automatically applied to your original mode of payment. It could take 7-10 working days for the refund to reflect.
EXCHANGES
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at connect@inuqi.com and we will share the address details for the exchange.
